Spicy Tofu Soy Sauce Marinade
I titled this recipe “spicy tofu soy sauce” but I use it on everything from soybean sprout rice, rice noodles, tofu, eggplant, meats, veggie stir fry etc… I always keep a jar of this sauce in my fridge and I modify it depending on the recipe but it really does work so well as a sauce or marinade on a variety of foods. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!
Spicy Tofu Soy Sauce Marinade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP mirin
4-5 green onions, finely chopped
1 TBSP Korean pepper flakes (gochugaru)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
*(if you prefer a spicy kick— I like to add diced jalapenos or serranos)
