Tay's TWOtti Frutti Birthday
I can’t believe our Tay is turning TWO tomorrow! I originally didn’t plan to throw her a big party, especially after her Dohl, but after going back and forth, I knew that I would regret not having celebrated her properly. So we finally decided to have a small, intimate party with close friends and family, in the comfort of our home. I only had a few weeks left before her party and nothing really planned. All I knew was that I wanted to incorporate the things she loves most—FRUIT! So we finally decided to throw her a TWOtti Frutti Birthday Party!!
But none of this would have been possible without the help of some AMAZING FRIENDS & FRENDORS!! (I’m so lucky to have such talented friends!🙌🏻) From the fruit stand to the balloon arch, down to all the tiny details, so much time, love and energy was put into this party and I am so grateful to the many people who helped behind the scenes.
So one of our closest friends, Richard, happens to be a master craftsman who can just about make anything and everything. I gave him a hand drawn picture of a fruit stand with the dimensions of what I wanted and within an hour’s time, he created it, exactly as I imagined.

Someone’s super excited!
The beautiful sign for the fruit stand was created by none other than Hannah, @paperhavenink. (You need to see some of the parties she’s planned for her kids… Ahhhhh-mazinggg!) She also generously took the time to make these gorgeous paper goods just for Tay.
I seriously am so blown away by her creativity. If you aren’t following this amazingly talented mama already, you’re seriously missing out!
And who doesn’t love a good balloon arch? I stumbled upon Sabrina’s instagram page, @paintpalettes and I saw that she was local in Buena Park. I immediately reached out to her and it was the best idea ever! It definitely was the HIGHLIGHT of the party. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was so sensitive to making sure the colors and details would be exactly as I envisioned. I’ve seen quite a few balloon arches and I have to say, this was definitely one of the most gorgeous ones I’ve ever seen! Sabrina is an amazing face painter and balloon artist as well and made the most adorable balloon favors for all the kids. It was such a hit!
From princess wands, fishing poles, words to flower corsages and cars, @paintpalettes can do it ALL!
If you were following along on my stories last week, I’m sure you guys saw the ridiculous series on making all the cookies and toppers. It was my first time working with fondant, but I have to say, I was surprisingly happy with the results!

Another big hit was our Photobooth from @SimplyWildParty. Photo booths are ALWAYS fun, but what I love about them is that they offer so many fun services to really make your event a SIMPLY WILD PARTY! They provided cotton candy and a photo booth for Tay’s first birthday and I knew I had to use them again because they really are the best in the biz! Shout out to my girl Tesia who is the cutest and sweetest person to work with!
We also had pumpkin decorating activities for the kids which was fitting considering Halloween is right around the corner and it definitely kept the kids busy for a little!
It was also a great way to get them all in for a group photo (despite their expressions, lol!)
Overall, I think the party was successful, but the most important thing was that Taylor had SO MUCH FUN!
We are so thankful for our family and friends who took the time to come out to celebrate with us! We love you guys so much! #ItTakesAVillage

Lastly, to my beautiful Tay, you are the greatest blessing & bring so much love and laughter into our lives. It is the greatest JOY watching you grow up and we are so incredibly lucky to call you ours. Cheers to two amazing years baby girl<3 Mommy & Daddy love you so so much.
